Centre Rules and Regulations
1. A one-time non-refundable
registration fee of S$15 will be collected upon enrolment into the Centre.
In the event that the student withdraws completely from the Centre for
more than a month, the registration fee shall re-apply in his/her next
enrolment.
2. A one-time refundable
deposit will be collected upon enrolment into the Centre. This
deposit will be used to pay for the last month's lessons when the student withdraws completely
with advance notice of at least 1 month.
3. First month course fee
will be collected upon enrolment into each course. Subsequent fees for
each course will then be collected on a monthly basis at the start of each
month. For 5-week months, the course fee will be pro-rated accordingly
(e.g. if the monthly course fee is S$100, the fee is S$125 for a 5-week
month).
4. Students are encouraged
to attend classes consistently. As a class slot has been committed to each
student, there will be no refund of course fee if the student misses classes
due to reasons not owing to the Centre’s fault.
5. In the event that the
Centre postpones a class due to unforeseen circumstances or public holiday,
the Centre will do its utmost to inform the students of the change in advance
and will schedule a make-up class.
6. The Centre reserves the
right to cancel a course or class whereupon any fees paid will be pro-rated
and refunded.
7. The Centre reserves the
right to alter the course timings and the teaching staff in the midst of
course curriculum as when required. The Centre will do its utmost to inform
the students of the change in advance.
8. The Centre reserves the
right to instruct a student to leave the course and Centre if his/her continued
presence will, in the opinion of the Centre be detrimental to the well-being
of other students and staff of the Centre in general. The refund of fee(s)
to an excluded student is wholly at the discretion of the Centre.
9. The student shall indemnify
the Centre for any loss and/or damages occurred as a result of his/her
negligence or willful conduct.
10. The Centre is not liable
for any injury and/or loss of personal properties that occurs in the Centre’s
premises.
